Q. Do I receive a bonus gift for each product ordered and can I request which bonus gift I receive?
A. Unfortuneatly it's x1 bonus gift per customer, per order. Yes, you're able to make a request in the checkout comments, however we can only accomodate requests based on our availability at the time.
Q. Why are your prices so cheap?
A. We have 7 large retail stores in Victoria and this buying power allows us to find the absolute best deals on supplements and pass them onto the general public. We also have our stores just outside of big shopping centres, not inside them, this allows for us to be in a great location without having to pay hundreds of thousands a year in rent!
Q. When placing an order online how long will it take until I receive my order?
A. We ship from Victoria so depending on which state you are ordering from (ie. NSW, QLD, ETC.) and which delivery method you choose (ie. Express or Regular).Below is a guide provided by AusPost with our expected delivery times.

If you order before 11.00am your order will be shipped the same day (weekends excluded). If you order after 11.00am your order will be shipped the following business day.
AAA Supplements prides itself in having a near perfect record with over 20,000 orders shipped! We have plenty of stock in our stores and get your orders packed and out to you ASAP! Our products are 'in stock' unless marked 'out of stock' - DON'T settle for any less!
Q. How do I calculate shipping and handling?
A. Fell free to browse the AAA Supplements website and when you find products you're interested in, simply add them to your shopping cart.
Different weights may cause the shipping and handling price to change or stay the same.
At any time you can click the 'View Cart' tab at the top of the screen and than click on the button 'Calculate Shipping & Handling' to see the costs associated with your purchase. (see below)
Q. How do track my order?
A. AAA Supplements use Australia Post for all deliveries.
When your order is marked as 'completed' on our website Australia Post will send you confirmation of your order being recieved by them and will provide you with a consignment number.
At any time you can visit the Australia Post tracking page, enter your consignment number and see where your item is.
Q. I have placed my order and it still appears to be 'awaiting payment'?
A. Your order goes through 3 simple steps when it is placed at AAA Supplements and these steps are emailed to you as they occur.
1. 'Awaiting Payment or Fulfillment' - This means AAA Supplements has recieved your order and it is being processed.
2. 'Awaiting Shipment' - This means we have accepted payment on your purchase and are in the process af packing it and shipping it.
3. 'Completed' - This means your purchase is now completed. It has left our store and will be in your hands shortly.
Q. I want to choose 'regular' postage however AAASupplements.com.au only allows me to choose 'express'?
A. This happens very rarely, however it can happen when older version of IE are being used. Please update your browser or try another browser to rectify this problem. If you still cannot change this option please contact the store via email or phone and we will process the order from our end.
