You should always read the label thoroughly and follow the instructions. HERE IS OUR RECOMMENDED USE FOR THE ULTIMATE TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

• NORMAL USE: Mix one scoop with 8- to 10-oz of cold water, and consume precisely 15 minutes before training.


• PRE-COMPETITION USE: After two weeks of continuous "normal" use, you might be ready to experience the full power of MORPH MEGADRIVE. Mix two scoops with 16- to 20-oz of cold water, and consume precisely 15 minutes before training. ("Pre-Competition Use" refers to a training period specifically targeted for a bodybuilding or fitness competition.)

What type of a training program should I follow when using MORPH MegaDrive to really maximize the effects?  

To maximize results, we suggest you combine MORPH MegaDrive with a workout program that is intense and designed so you work out at least five days a week, and take two days "off." In addition, it's imperative to follow a nutrition plan that provides plenty of protein, whole-grain carbohydrates, and limits fat to no more than 20% of the daily food intake.

Are there known side effects or health risks?

There are no known side effects with MORPH MegaDrive. However, because it contains beta-alanine and niacin, a tingling or flushing sensation may be noticed within the first few minutes. This feeling is normal, harmless, and should subside within two to three weeks of continuous use. If this feeling is intolerable, though, we recommend lowering your dose or discontinuing use. And because this product contains caffeine (about as much as two cups of coffee), you should not consume it with other sources of caffeine like tea, coffee, or energy beverages.
