Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and therefore, the building blocks of lean muscle. Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) refer to three specific amino acids - Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine - that the body must obtain from either food or BCAA supplementation. AMINO ACID INTERFUSION
Leucine an essential amino acid. Of all the Branched Chain Amino Acids Leucine is the most abundant and most important. Research has shown that Leucine’s major role is as a protein synthesis regulator and if you add Leucine to a high protein meal you can increase protein synthesis by up to 40%. L-Leucine can be used in conjunction with meals that are already high in protein to help accelerate the recovery of muscles. Many athletes add extra Leucine to their diet to help reduce the breakdown of muscles during training and to reduce the soreness of muscles after training.
Isolecuine is essential for a number of fundamental processes in the body and may enhance insulin sensitivity in the body thereby increasing the efficacy of essential and non-essential amino acid absorption.
Valine promotes optimal nitrogen balance in the body which supports protein synthesis (Protein absorption) and muscle hypertrophy (muscle gain). Valine is also an incredibly efficient source of energy for your muscle tissue and this is why it’s considered one of the best workout support supplements to take during exercise.
Alanine is an amino acid that is used to make proteins. It is used to break down tryptophan and vitamin B6. It is a source of energy for muscles and the central nervous system and also strengthens the immune system.

Sodium bicarbonate is best known as baking soda. It is an alkaline salt. During exercise your body uses energy through the anaerobic pathway and produces lactic acid as a waste product. Too much lactic acid decreases your muscle cells’ pH levels below the optimal 7.0. Sodium bicarbonate clears acid out of muscle cells, helping restore an optimal pH. This may decrease fatigue and increase performance.
A fat-soluble vitamin (also known as Vitamin D) that helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amount of vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus is important for building and keeping strong bones.
