WHAT'S IN IT?
L-Leucine - affects the synthesis of skeletal muscles in several ways: increases the secretion of insulin, a powerful anabolic present in our body, affects the protein kinase S6 activity, accelerates the phosphorylation of the binding protein eIf4E and affects the degree of binding between proteins (eIF) 4E and eIF4G. All this, despite complicated sound and naming, boils down to a very simple assertion - Leucine increases the degree and speed of protein utilization for muscle building.
L-Lysine:Lysine is an essential amino acid therefore it must be obtained from the diet as the body cannot produce its own. It is an essential building block for all protein in the body and performs many useful functions in the body and has proved to be especially useful in treating herpes and cold sores. Lysine also increases the absorption of calcium so it may help to prevent and treat osteoporosis.

L-Methionine: L-methionine is an essential sulfur-containing amino acid that is soluble in water. It is a powerful antioxidant, assists in the breakdown of fats, and helps inactivate free radicals. Because it is an essential amino acid, it must be supplied in the diet. Signs of L-Methionine deficiency include poor skin tone, hair loss and impaired elimination of toxins.
L-Phenylalanine: L-Phenylalanine plays a key role in the production of tyrosine, epinephrine and norepinephrine (important stress response molecules), and the happy hormone dopamine which can help you learn and form memories.L-Phenylalanine is important for building muscle and repairing soft tissue and improves skin pigmentation with UV exposure. Take 1 pack 30 minutes following resistance training. For best results, take 2 packs daily --the first immediately before lifting, and the second within 30 minutes after your training session ends. If you use a post-training protein shake, wait at least another 30-45 minutes after you've taken the Animal Nitro pack before drinking your shake.
