WHAT'S IN IT?

Citrulline Malate

Citrulline Malate has been clinically researched to enhance strength, power and repeat high-intensity sprint performance in those supplementing with 4-8g prior to an exercise bout. Once consumed, Citrulline Malate bypasses is utilised to increase Arginine levels, leading to bigger pumps, but also enhances the production of energy known as ATP, which is responsible for increasing performance.

Beta Alanine

Beta Alanine is one of two amino acids responsible for increasing intramuscular Carnosine levels, which has been shown to outperform all of its counterparts at increasing the speed of lactic acid removal. Supplementing with Beta Alanine enhances endurance as well as high-intensity performance and may also benefit recovery in between sets for those using it to enhance performance in the gym.

Agmatine sulfate

Agmatine sulfate (AS) is a decarboxylated metabolite of the amino acid L-arginine. One of the best ingredients for muscle pumps. Nitric oxide is the vasodilating compound that determines how intense your muscle pump is. That muscle splitting feeling you get during and after a big weights session. Its production relies on L-arginine.
Not only does it help make you look muscular and vascular but it also helps you train harder for longer because you can deliver more nutrients to the muscle. It reduces fatigue so you can achieve a higher volume workout too.

TAURINE 

Taurine improves endurance (even after a single use), but there are also improvements to focus and mental performance when using it.Taurine acts as an osmolyte to help drive water into the cells of your body, helping wherever it goes. Hydrating muscles provides a “cell volumizing pump“.

Caffeine (Anhydrous + Citrate)

Combining two types of caffeine for a total of 350mg per serve, Total War is both a high stimulant and a high nutrient pre workout. Caffeine stimulates the release of the catecholamine’s Adrenaline and Noradrenaline, which provide mental energy, and has been linked to directly increasing both strength and endurance performance when consumed pre-workout.

AMPiberry

Naringin

Supplementing with Naringin, which is a citrus flavonoid derived from the grapefruit, has been shown to improve blood glucose control via a perceived improvement of insulin regulation.

BioPerine (Black Pepper Fruit Extract)

BioPerine is used as a bioavailability enhancer and was found to enhance absorption of nutrients by at least 30% allowing a greater uptake of stimulants.

Theobroma Cocoa (Seed)

Theobromine has stimulating properties that you can "feel", similar to caffeine, resulting in improved focus, energy, motivation, and ability to concentrate during exercise.


DIRECTIONS

Assess your tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop prior to training. Once your tolerance is assessed mix (1) scoop with 4-6 ounces of water 30 minutes pior to training. Do not exceed (1) scoop in a 24-hour period.

L-Leucine can be used in conjunction with meals that are already high in protein to help accelerate the recovery of muscles. Many athletes add extra Leucine to their diet to help reduce the breakdown of muscles during training and to reduce the soreness of muscles after training.

L-Valine 1.5g

Valine promotes optimal nitrogen balance in the body which supports protein synthesis (Protein absorption) and muscle hypertrophy (muscle gain). Valine is also an incredibly efficient source of energy for your muscle tissue and this is why it’s considered one of the best workout support supplements to take during exercise.

L-Isoleucine 1.5g

Isolecuine is essential for a number of fundamental processes in the body and may enhance insulin sensitivity in the body thereby increasing the efficacy of essential and non-essential amino acid absorption.

L-Lysine 300mg

Lysine is an essential amino acid therefore it must be obtained from the diet as the body cannot produce its own. It is an essential building block for all protein in the body and performs many useful functions in the body and has proved to be especially useful in treating herpes and cold sores. Lysine also increases the absorption of calcium so it may help to prevent and treat osteoporosis.

L-Threonine 250mg

Threonine is an essential amino acid. Amino acids are the building blocks the body uses to make proteins. The "essential" amino acids are those that cannot be made by the body and must be obtained from the diet. Threonine is changed in the body to a chemical called glycine. Glycine works in the brain to reduce constant and unwanted muscle contractions (spasticity). Threonine also is responsible for producing tooth enamel, collagen, and elastin in the skin, while aiding in fat metabolism in the liver.

DIRECTIONS
