PROTEIN AND CARB RECOVERY FORMULA
Gold Standard Gainer is built on a foundation of complete dairy proteins, mostly from Isolate sources. WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE (WPI)
Whey Protein Isolate contains all the essential amino acids - EAAs that are required for your body to repair and gain muscle after your workout.
Essential Amino Acids - EAAs cannot be produced in your body, need to be taken from foods and supplements. Which is why EAAs are very important role of your diet for repairing and building the lean muscles. Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) has very low on fat and carbohydrates, as well as less than 1% of lactose, can be digested easily for athletes with sensitive stomachs
WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (WPC)
Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) helps to develop lean muscle mass, promote muscle growth and support rapid recovery after a workout. They have high biological value and protein efficiency.
The key benefit of Whey Protein Concentrate is that the rate of absorption is slightly slower than that of Whey Protein Isolate, and as such, the body is able to retain free form amino acids for a slightly longer period of time after exercise for lean muscle development.
MILK PROTEIN ISOLATE (MPI)
Milk Protein Isolate (MPI) is the substance obtained by the partial removal of sufficient non-protein constituents (lactose and minerals) from skim milk so that the finished dry product contains 90% or more protein by weight. Milk Protein Isolate contains a minimum of 90% protein. It contains very little fat (typically less than 3%), carbohydrates or lactose and can be used as a daily supplement for those who do not consume the recommended amount of protein in their diet or those who are lactose intolerant. Milk Protein Isolate has very high amino acid composition that makes it ideal for use in protein bars and meal replacement powders.
Flaxseed Protein is a good source of many nutrients. Their health benefits are mainly due to their content of omega-3 fatty acids, lignans, ALA and fibre. Flaxseed also boosts a 1-to-4 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids, which can help support recovery.
ALA is classified as a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), and helps to reduce inflammation and stabilize cell membranes. ALA is also converted in to DHA and EPA, two omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil.

BEFORE BED: Mix up 1 scoop of Gold Standard Gainer about 45 - 60 minutes before bed to help muscles recover while you sleep.
