Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) helps to develop lean muscle mass, promote muscle growth and support rapid recovery after a workout. They have high biological value and protein efficiency.
The key benefit of Whey Protein Concentrate is that the rate of absorption is slightly slower than that of Whey Protein Isolate, and as such, the body is able to retain free form amino acids for a slightly longer period of time after exercise for lean muscle development.
SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE
Made from defatted soy beans, using an innovative process to make sure that it’s low-fat and low-sugar — it’s perfect for increasing protein intake without adding unwanted extra calories.Soya beans are also a complete protein, which means it contains all of the essential amino acids (EAA) your body can’t make itself and needs to obtain from food.

Add 100g (1 full sachet) to 200ml of low-fat milk in a glass bowl or jug, and stir into a smooth batter. while mixture settles for 2 minutes, lightly grease a 30cm pan with table spread oil, and pre-heat to 180C.
