WHAT’S IN IT?

WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE (WPI)

Undergoes an extensive cross filtration process to remove sugars, almost all fat and lactose to decrease absorption time to initiate the recovery process faster than other types of protein (other than HWPI).

Due to the low levels of lactose, this can often be a good option for those with lactose sensitivities.

HYDROLYZED WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE (HWPI)

The highest quality (and yield) of protein available as it is composed of partially broken down protein so it can be instantly digested, absorbed and metabolized to start the recovery process faster compared to other sources of protein. HWPI contains low levels of sugars, fats and cholesterol. Due to the low levels of lactose, this can often be a good option for those with lactose sensitivities.

PROHYDROLASE®

ProHydrolase® is a bio-sufficient supplement designed to build muscle mass and accelerate muscle recovery when used as an ingredient in protein supplements or meal replacements.

This clinically studied enzyme blend digests protein into bio-usable form, taking full advantage of the availability of essential amino acids for building muscle and improving muscle recovery. ProHydrolase® is effective with whey, casein, soy, egg, pea and hemp proteins.

BCAAs significantly affects the ability of glucose to be used during exercise, enhancing energy and increasing endurance to improve performance.

MAGNESIUM

Magnesium forms a key role in a wide range of processes in our bodies – from regulating muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels and blood pressure, to making protein, bone and DNA.

It may help to relieve muscle cramps and spasm, support cellular energy production and support exercise performance. An adequate intake of magnesium may aid in relaxation and help support sleep.

RIBOFLAVIN (B2)

Used in a metabolic pathway to create energy.

THIAMINE MONONITRATE (VITAMIN B1)

Metabolizes carbohydrates into energy and improves nerve function and muscle contraction. Regulates the immune response which is at greater risk of being compromised in active individuals.

VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID)

Supports the immune system, particularly useful for those leading an active lifestyle as exercise is seen as a stress by the body that could reduce the immune system. Vitamin C exerts an antioxidant effect by reducing free radicals ability to oxidise and damaging cells

DIRECTIONS

ISOPEPT is best taken within 45 minutes after a workout to help replenish protein stores. Best mixed with 8oz or 240 mL of water!
