DIRECTIONS

Use on training days only: Mix 1 Level Scoop with 200ml or 2 Level Scoops with 300ml of cold water and consume 20 minutes prior to training. Start with 1 scoop to test tolerance level and proceed to 2 if required.

DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSE.

To avoid sleeplessness do not use within 6 hours prior to bedtime.
