We reserve the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. AAA Supplements is the service provider; it is also referred to as “us” and “we”. Customer is the person or organisation whom purchases or seeks services from us; it is also referred to as “you”.

Free Standard Shipping *

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $100 in value and is automatically applied to your order at checkout.

Customers who wish to upgrade to Express Post may do so at an additional fee that will be applied to your total.

Returns **

AAA Supplements will accept returns on unopened products for up to 30 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee). We will not, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items.

We are not a try and buy store. Since every individual has different perceptions on what does and does not taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit in the same form in which you paid for your goods, so via credit card, Paypal or to a bank account.

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Returns – Process

You must call or email AAA Supplements within 24 hours of receiving the products you wish to return and instructions from one of our customer service representatives will be provided to you on how to return the items. Items must be returned at your expense in an unopened and perfect condition in order to receive a full credit.

NOTE: We are unable to refund or accept returns on any nutrition bars or meal replacement bars.
A return authorisation must be given or we may refuse the package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for unopened items returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Back-Orders & Flavours

From time to time we may experience product shortages due to high volume sales. Most often the product is on back order from the manufacturer. We will notify you via email or telephone if we do not have on-hand stock or the correct flavour to fill your order requirements. We may ship you an alternate flavour if the flavour is out of stock. These are rare instances, but can happen on occasion.

Bonus Product – Free Gift

AAA Supplements offers 1 bonus product with every order, as stated under the product description (that is 1 bonus product per customer, per order. Product is subject to store availability and is chosen at the senders discretion). You can make a request from a shaker cup, t-shirt, protein sample or gym towel, These items are subject to availability. If we do not have the bonus products that you have requested in stock we will not be able to send it to you. In the case that your requested item is out of stock or you have not made a request the gift is selected randomly as a lucky dip of what’s available in store.

Cheapest Prices Guarantee

AAA Supplements have made a promise to provide the best supplements to you at the cheapest prices. We have a team who proactively reviews our prices to ensure that we are giving you the cheapest prices possible on all of our products.

Although the retail landscape has changed since we opened, we endeavour to ensure that we have the cheapest prices on whichever shopping experience you wish to engage us on.

We do this by checking our competitors’ instore prices and beating those prices in our physical stores. We also check our competitors’ websites and beat those prices on our website.

If a competitor’s price does slip by us, please let us know and we’ll beat it on the spot. Simply show us proof of the competitor’s advertised price of the identical and stocked product at the time of purchase instore or call our Head Office for any online purchases. Proof may include a screenshot of the competitor’s advertisement or the original voucher or coupon (we don’t accept copies).

Please note that:

  • AAA Supplements only beats identically stocked and available products that are advertised:
    • within a 10 kilometre radius of your physical store
    • by Australian online retailers
  • AAA Supplements reserves the right to verify the competitors advertisement or online price.
  • AAA Supplements has the right to limit purchases to exclude commercial quantities (determined at our reasonable discretion)
  • Calculation of the cheapest price will also take into consideration shipping, insurance, reward points and bonus items.
  • This policy does not apply to overseas online and duty-free retailers, liquidation, category, storewide or clearance sales.
  • AAA Supplements can not negotiate on a price that has been mandated by our suppliers.
  • AAA Supplements will not go below cost price on any undamaged in date product.
